Camp LeJeune

What You Need to Know

Veterans, family members, civilians, contractors, and others who lived or worked at Camp LeJeune between 1953 and 1987 may have been exposed to and may have ingested contaminated water. During that time period, two water treatment facilities that serviced Camp Lejeune tested positive for dangerous levels of chemicals, including perchloroethylene (PCE) and trichloroethylene (TCE). Both chemicals are toxic and hazardous and can lead to various illnesses and cancer. Due to The Camp LeJeune Justice Act, victims who have suffered injuries because of their exposure to water contamination can now file lawsuits and get justice.
